Former PML-N Member Assembly Chaudhry Liaqat Ali Died

CHAKWAL: Former PML-N member assembly from PP-20 and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's friend Chaudhry Liaqat Ali died. His funeral prayer will be offered on Tuesday (today) at 15:00.

The leaders of the Muslim League (N) and the personalities associated with various fields of life have expressed condolences to the bereaved family. According to details, the late PML-N member of provincial assembly and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's friend, Chaudhry Liaqat Ali died last evening. He had been suffering from diseases like cancer and was in hospital for the treatment.

He was 70 years old, the news of his death spread like a forest fire in the area and workers from across reached his residence. His funeral prayer will be offered on Tuesday (today at 15:00) in the native area of Chakwal. The PML-N central leadership expressed condolences on his death and workers belonging to different societies, called his death a vacuum in the national politics
