ISLAMABAD: Police have arrested three suspects in a case regarding the killing of an online taxi-hailing service, Careem, captain on Wednesday.
The Careem captain Sajawal Ameer,22, was shot dead by robbers in the federal capital on late Monday night.
SSP Muhammad Bin Ashraf told media that police have taken three men into custody who were involved in the murder of Sajawal Ameer, a Careem driver, and recovered the weapon used in the murder.
The detained killers, who confessed their crime during the investigation, were identified as Parwaz, Sheraz and Sajid.
The three accused hailed the cab at 10:45 pm and attempted car-lifting upon reaching the destination in Dhok Lakhu area of Rawalpindi.
