ISLAMABAD: The Sindh authorities has devised a plan to prevent cellular phones robbery and its buying and selling in markets with the aid of registering mobile phones against national identification card (CNIC) numbers.
According to the details, the Sindh authorities on Wednesday dispatched a letter to the Ministry of Interior to realize the plan.
