The Agreement Issued To Lease The Railway Land In Dhudial Up To 99 Years

DHUDIAL: Railway department has issued the agreement to lease its land for 99 years in Dhudial and the work has begun to upgrade this area making like Mini Islamabad, said MD Rail Town Mr.Raja Masood while talking to media here.
He said that the railway land was acquired for period of October 2002 to October 2101. According to him the lease for 99 years has been gained and several advertisements were published in leading national newspapers in 2002, which was also a regular auction and gave the highest bid to obtain this land.

Different cases from the civil courts were also filed and the High Court decision was in our favor. He said that after finalizing all legal steps we started working on this project, we want to serve the people here with renovation of the city and make mini Islamabad as a model of the City .
