Availability of College Prospectus/ Application Form: The college prospectus/ application form can be
purchased on payment of Rs. 1000/- by hand or Rs. 1200/- by post through bank draft drawn on Principal
Cade! College Choa Saiden Shah Chakwal.
 The application form can also be downloaded from the
college website: www.cccss.edu.pk.

Eligibility for Admission:
a) The Candidate must be between 15 and 17 years ofageon June,m•;•? 7.
b) The Candidates securing above 80% marks in the SSC Board Exam Part-ll) 2017 are eligible.
c) TheCandidates securing less than 80% marks in SSC( Part-11).2017 need not apply.
d) Note: There is no need to apply for admission before the announcement of SSC (Part-II) 2017 final
result.

Documents Required: 
a) Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- (If Prospectus is purchased from the office) and Rs. 2000/- (If the
Application Form is downloaded from the College website).
b) Attested photocopies of "Form B," Father's NIC, DMC of 10th Class.
c) 04 Recent Passport Size Photographs.

Pre-Medical Group: (English, Physics, Chemistry & Bio).
Pre-Engineering Group (English, Physics, Chemistry & Maths).
ICS Group (English, Physics, Computer & Maths).

Written Test:
 The written test will be comprise the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry/Computer,
Maths/ Biology from the syllabus of Class 10.

Venue: The test will held at Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah Chakwal.
